The Newcombe Medal – Australian Tennis Awards celebrates and recognises the performances, achievements and contributions by members of the tennis family in 2012. The Newcombe Medal is presented to Australia’s most outstanding elite player and is in honour of the achievements of Australian tennis legend John Newcombe. The black tie gala will be hosted at the Palladium Ballroom at Crown, Melbourne on 3 December, 2012.
