After completing an 18-year professional career that included such highlights as becoming Australia’s number one player, a top 15 world ranking, and a total of 6 Grand Slam titles Kim began a new journey as tennis coach that has lasted more than 20 years. Kim has produced many of Australia’s best talents, worked with many of Australia’s best players and has taken countless juniors from beginners all the way through to their goals, whether that be an ATP or WTA ranking, a college scholarship at a prestigious US university, or simply having a skill for life. Kim instils his passion and dedication for perfection, discipline, and enjoyment in all his coaches and there can be no doubt that in the last 20 years he has been one of Australia’s most successful junior development coaches.
